We have some shoes that were left behind on the last day at the elementary school. Contact me if you know who they belong to.

"With the Governor lifting the COVID-19 emergency restrictions, New Salem-Almont will do the following in regards to COVID-19:
The School District will cooperate with the NDDOH and require isolation and quarantine for the following instances:
those that test positive with COVID-19 and those who are identified as household contacts. The NDDOH (not the school district) will carry out the close contact process. The school will notify those who would be considered a close contact in the school setting. The school district will ask parents and teachers to monitor symptoms of those who are identified as close contacts. It is strongly recommended that school close contacts stay home and follow the recommendations from the NDDOH. Students and staff that are sick need to stay home until their symptoms improve. We have been face-to-face since August, let's work together to finish the last 14 days strong!"
Teacher Appreciation Week:
Our goal going into this year was to have face-to-face learning every day. The teachers put in extra time getting familiar with technology platforms, composing lesson plans for in-school and distance learners, and working diligently with students to help them catch up. Thank you teachers for helping make this possible!
Just a reminder there is no school tomorrow, April 30.
Have an enjoyable weekend!
