Attention Parents: Your student should be bringing home our annual movie night information! We have changed from a winter movie night to a fall movie night. Please take a look at our moving offerings as well as the PTO meal for $3. If you and your family would like to attend, please fill out the form and send it back to school ASAP!


PVE is participating in Penny Wars to raise money to purchase and replace some of our playground equipment! Grade levels will compete against each other to raise the most amount by December 20th. The winning grade will be announced in January when we return from break. The winning grade will get a pizza party to celebrate!


There is no Junior Varsity football game tonight against Richardton/Taylor. The JH game will begin at 5p.m.

The JH Volleyball games tonight at Elgin have been canceled. No makeup date has been decided.

The New Salem-Almont Student of the Month award is given every month to students that demonstrate characteristics such as respect, integrity, discipline, positivity effort, leadership, and citizenship.
September Students of the Month are:
Haakon Nelson, Alexa Heid, Sophia Voight, Kendall Erhardt, and Nathan Pletan.
Each student receives a gift card to Tellmann’s Market.

A big thank you to the New Salem Lions Club for hosting the Gateway to Science STEMzone event for New Salem-Almont Public Schools, offering an interactive, hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) experience for grades 2-7, impacting approximately 240 students.
This exciting event aims to promote STEM education and create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in young students. It features ten engaging stations designed to spark curiosity and inspire a passion for STEM fields. Each station focuses on different aspects of science and technology, providing a unique opportunity for students to explore, learn, and engage with real-world applications of STEM concepts.
