As we prepare for another great summer of gymnastics, please mark your calendars for these important dates: 🖤Wednesday, May 13 at 6:00 PM – Parent Meeting in the PVE lunchroom. We will introduce the coaches, review details about the summer program, and answer any questions. Registration will open after the meeting. 🖤Monday, May 18 and Wednesday, May 20– First week of practice at the West River Wrestling facility. 🖤Wednesday, July 15 at 6:00 PM – Final performance at the NSA High School gym. Deputy Tommy was defeated by the 3rd grade class again this year in our annual Kahoot Battle! Sig won the belt beating Deputy Tommy's score in the last few questions. Congratulations 3rd grade 🎉

This Wednesday, our 10th grade students participated in mock interviews with local businesses as a wrap-up to their Work-Based Learning preparation lessons. Throughout this unit, students researched careers, wrote résumés and cover letters, and practiced interview skills.

We would like to give a huge shoutout to the community leaders who took time out of their day to help make this event possible. This was our second year hosting mock interviews, and we hope to continue growing the event in the future.

Events like this help make our Work-Based Learning program a place where students build the skills they need to enter the workforce successfully.
