The NSA Student Council has made the decision to move the dance, normally held during Homecoming week, to the winter season. This change will allow us to provide separate opportunities for our students, with a Junior High Snowball Dance for grades 6–8 and a High School Snowball Dance. Dates for these events will be determined and shared later in the school year.
The JV Football game versus Grant Co/Flasher scheduled for tonight has been canceled. The Junior High game will start at 5:00 p.m.

The WMC Girls Golf Team had another great day yesterday!
The Foods & Nutrition class have been busy making banana zucchini muffins, chocolate zucchini cake & lemon zucchini bread this week.
The third grade is doing a Farmer’s Market again this year! They will be selling produce on September 3rd from 3:30 - 5:30 in the DFC parking lot. They are currently looking for volunteers to let them come and pick their gardens. Produce Donations for Foods Class
Our Foods students are eager to learn with fresh, healthy ingredients, and we welcome donations of fruits and vegetables from the community. If you have extra produce to share, we would greatly appreciate your support. We are especially looking for tomatoes and cucumbers, but all produce would be considered.
Please call ahead before dropping anything off 843-7610. This helps us avoid excess of a single item and ensures nothing goes to waste. Please talk to Kayla at the front desk or Mrs. Olson, if you are willing to donate.
