Foods students are continuing to hone their knife and seasoning skills using donated produce. This week we made homemade tomato soup, apple crisp, whipped cream, and salsa.

Thank You to BSC for organizing a tour for our Juniors to visit the Falkirk Mine. Students took a tour of the facility and explored careers related to the mining industry that BSC has to offer.

The 6th grade students went to Center, ND for Eco-Ed Day. Each year they put together a day where students from different schools come together and learn about the wetlands, watersheds, native grasses and soil quality. Also, an Oliver county sheriff brings furs for the students to feel and talks about trapping.
